BC-Studio contains hyperlinks to other websites as part of affiliate programs (notably Amazon and TikTok). BC-Studio may earn a commission on sales made through these links, at no additional cost to the user.

However, BC-Studio is not able to verify the content, prices, product availability, or sales conditions of these external sites, and therefore assumes no responsibility in this regard. The sales contract and any disputes related to products purchased via affiliate links concern solely the third-party platform (Amazon or TikTok) and the customer.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the use of the BC-Studio website is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of France.
