Each item is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

However, if your product arrives defective or damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours at bcstudio@myyahoo.com with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Because each item is produced specifically for you, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
